It is right for us to make so much of the finished work of Christ. It is no exaggeration to say that the death and resurrection was more profound than even the creation of this natural realm. Because His appearing is the goal and fulfillment of creation. His death is ours, the permanent end of our sinful, shameful heart. And His Resurrection is our eternal Life, relationship and identity with the Father. But what do we know of the reality of our burial with Him?
Abraham and Sarah only possessed the land in their death and burial. When Sarah died Abraham said,
